Transport for London is the integrated body responsible for the capital’s transport system. TfL is responsible for planning and delivery of transport facilities which enables it to take a truly integrated approach to how people are transported around London.

Plusdial was invited to carry out the Pre-pilot study for TfL and the work was completed by May 19, 2005.
