Eight transport companies with regional market responsibility are active under the umbrella of the ZVV, as are ten small and medium-sized licensed transport operators and numerous carriers working on a contract basis. The ZVV’s responsibility covers strategic leadership, marketing for the whole integrated transport system and the financing of public transport in the Canton Zurich.

Plusdial has executed a Pre-pilot study together with ZVV in February 2008.
